This is a booking request only. Your request will be processed, and the Wurundjeri Office will contact you as soon as possible in regards to availability for the day/s you have selected. If, for any reason, you have not received a confirmation that your request has been received, please follow up with a phone call on 03 9416 2905.

For any requests regarding joint ceremonies, please call the events team on (03) 94162905 to discuss.

A male or female Elder and/or Cultural Representative may be provided if requested on booking form.

Elders and/or Cultural Representatives do not take bookings – Please make bookings through the Wurundjeri Tribe Land Council

Payment is required within 14 days upon receipt of invoice.
We accept payment by cheque, EFT & Credit Card. Details will be on the invoice issued after your event.

Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to events@wurundjeri.com.au
A cancellation fee of 100% will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours notice. Cancellations for Weekend and Monday events must be made by 12.00 pm Friday to avoid a cancellation fee.

A full cancellation fee will be issued for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice
The Council will endeavour to fulfil same day requests upon availability. A 25% surcharge will be added to your invoice for bookings made on the same day as your event.
NAIDOC Week, Sorry Day, Reconciliation Week, Wurundjeri Week, Harmony Day, Diversity Week and the anniversary of the National Apology must be made 2 weeks prior.

Typically, confirmations are issued at least 7 days prior to your event. Availability of the Elder and other circumstances may delay the confirmation but we will make every effort to meet the 7-day requirements.
