This is a booking request only. Your request will be processed, and the Wurundjeri Office will contact you as soon as possible in regards to meeting availability for the day/s you have selected. If, for any reason, you have not received a confirmation that your request has been received, please follow up with a phone call on 03 9416 2905.

All meetings are to take place in the Wurundjeri Office unless an onsite meeting is required.

Meetings cancelled on the day of the confirmed meeting will incur a cancellation fee of the full rate.
If you need to cancel a meeting, please call the Cultural Heritage Unit at the Wurundjeri office on 03 9416 2905 and advise in writing to heritagebookings@wurundjeri.com.au

Billing Details: Meeting fees are scaled relative to the size of the Project, as defined by Regulation 68 of the Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2007.
Meeting fees are flat rates, booked in one-hour blocks.
Onsite meetings have an additional travel charge of 68c per km per Wurundjeri attendee.
CHMP Amendment meetings and Cultural Heritage Permit meetings will be charged at the rate of small CHMP projects
