WURUNDJERI WOI WURRUNG ABORIGINAL CORPORATION CULTURAL HERITAGE MEETING

This is a booking request only. Your request will be processed, and the Wurundjeri Office will contact you as soon as possible in regards to meeting availability for the day/s you have selected. If, for any reason, you have not received a confirmation that your request has been received, please follow up with a phone call on 03 9416 2905.

Meetings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of the full rate. If you need to cancel a meeting, please call the Cultural Heritage Unit at the Wurundjeri office on 03 9416 2905 or email heritagebookings@wurundjeri.com.au

Billing Details: Meeting fees are scaled relative to the size of the Project, as defined by Regulation 81 of the Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2018.
Meeting fees are flat rates, booked in one-hour blocks. If meeting requirement is more than an hour please contact the Cultural Heritage Unit for a fee proposal.

Payment Terms: 14 DAYS- In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs.
CHMP Amendment meetings, non-RAP area meetings, and Cultural Heritage Permit meetings will be charged at the rate of small CHMP projects.
The onsite meeting rate is inclusive of travel.
